Personale molto cortese e professionale, ampio parcheggio privato, struttura elegante e tenita molto bene, bagni nuovi e con prodotti di qualità, colazione con prodotti tipici e dolci di produzione propria. Servizio di concierge sempre disponibile e pronto ad accontentare il cliente. Ristoranti vicinissimi alla struttura. Penso che ritornerò con mia moglie e mio figlio.

Schönes ehrwürdiges Hotel, Wellness ungeeignet
Personal sehr zuvorkommen, Frühstück sehr gut,
Zimmer sehr sauber und in guten Zustand.
Leider wird der Wellnessbereich von Gästen in Badekleidung bevölkert, obwohl an den Eingängen auf gängige Saunaregeln hingewiesen wird.
Die Hotelleitung hat vor diesen Zuständen kapituliert, deshalb ist das Hotel, so schön es ist, nicht für einen normalen Wellnessgast geeignet.

Ci tornerei domani! Posizione tranquilla rispetto al paese, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale super cordiale e disponibile per ogni consiglio e suggerimento su attività, luoghi da visitare, ristoranti, ecc. Ambiente rilassante e familiare, con tutti i confort per un weekend di puro relax.

Hotel molto bello. Il personale sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi domanda. La colazione squisita con prodotti tipici di qualità. Siamo andati in vacanza per vedere i mercatini di natale molto comodo e vicino l'hotel. Con una passeggiata di circa 10 minuti lungo il fiume si arriva in centro ai mercatini di natale.

L'hotel si compone di due strutture collegate interamente da un sottopasso. La parte appena ristrutturata è più vicina alla spa, quella più antica invece alla reception e alla sala colazione. Camere spaziose e letti comodi, colazione molto varia di dolce e salato con ottimi prodotti, e personale molto attento alle esigenze allergiche dei commensali. Spa molto piacevole, con una piscina coperta, un pò fredda per i miei gusti, e un'area umida con 3 diversi bagni turchi e una sauna, mai troppo affollata poiché abbastanza spaziosa, lettini abbastanza numerosi. Per la cena non c'è il ristorante ma sono convenzionati con un altro hotel sempre della stessa proprietà. Parcheggio comodo ma non per tutte le auto della struttura. A circa 800 metri a piedi dal centro pedonale, passeggiata molto piacevole. Personale molto gentile e attento. Se posso trovare una pecca, i bagni andrebbero migliorati, non c'è mai nessuno dello staff in spa e mancano frutta e tisane calde. Per il resto sicuramente torneremo!!!
