No cold water from the tap, no hook for the shower head, curtain too small and all the water runs onto the floor, double mattress for a double bed, not great, dated bathroom

Hôtel très bien a deux pas de la gare et environ 5min de la vieille ville. Chambre très bien et chaleureuse avec des murs en pierre. Petit déjeuner correct et un personnel sympathique et agréable

We had the family room for 2 adults and 3 children . It was clean and comfortable . Staff were very friendly and great location. We booked through booking . Com and the photos in booking . Com were very accurate. It is basic but exactly as described on booking . Com. Great location.

Péssimo hotel!! Fiz uma reserva pelo Booking e quando cheguei me deram um quarto que não correspondia em nada ao que estava no site!! Fui literalmente roubada!! Cheguei em uma hora que não havia recepção e nem por telefone consegui contato. O quarto tinha um cheiro insuportável!! Não sabia se era de fumo ou de animal!! Um quarto horrível! Diante dessa desonestidade tive que procurar outro hotel

Service impeccable ! Endroit propre voir même totalement neuf ( sûrement rénové) Implanté juste à côté de plusieurs restaurants ( le trattoria par exemple 🤤 ) Un accueil chaleureux et très sympathique du maître d’hôtel ainsi que la dame qui entretient parfaitement les chambres ! Les chambres sont petites mais totalement suffisante et jolie Lit confortable Rapport qualité / prix imbattable ( mieux qu’un air bnb clairement ) avec un service , un petit déjeuner à table avec un petit pichet de café ( thé ou chocolat) à la demande, du pain , un croissant , du beurre / pâte à tartiner / miel et confiture chaque matin ainsi qu’un jus frais ! Que demander de plus ? Encore merci pour ce séjour

Great customer service
Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming many spoke very good English! Two young girls travelling and we felt very safe to stay here!
