I enjoyed my stay in Menton in this property! The front desk staff (Allegria & Pauline) and cleaning staff were pleasant & helpful. A block away from the beach, the location is excellent with restaurants, shopping and bus stops at your doorstep. You can walk to the Menton train station in less than 10 minutes. Upon arrival, the building is a bit tricky to find as the suites are part of a larger apartment building with full-time residents (mostly older). You should also note that reception has limited hours. My studio suite faced the courtyard and the patio had lots of sun. The interior of the building is a older, but my studio was clean with a kitchenette - well equipped for a one week stay. The bed is actually a pull out couch, so this set-up may not be well suited to couples or families. I would visit this area again and would rebook at a Pierre & Residences property.

Nice and clean, great location, but surprised by the €70 fee for my 7# Yorkie. If you like to cook, bring a spatula with you as none was provided.

Non-working wi-fi Check-in is only possible between 17:00 and 19:00, i.e. for only two hours in the late afternoon/evening. During the five days we stayed there, the wi-fi worked either extremely slowly, or not at all. Very strange that the accommodation does not understand that modern people depend on a functioning internet, for important information regarding flights, etc. These circumstances lower the rating, which is a shame, as the property is otherwise in an good location and the rooms are in good condition.

Definitely the best accomodation I have stayed in on the French Riviera ever. My studio was designated for 3-4 persons but I would suggest only 1-2 as there is so much furniture and little room to move around them. The balcony on the garden side faced a huge courtyard of several buildings with big trees. The larger bed measured opened 1,5 meters and kitchen utensils were more than enough with even oyester knives. I didn't mind buying toilet paper and trash bags, also cleaning for myself as this is a residence. I wrote the three different codes for gate, door and elevator on a piece of cardboard and attached it to the keys. The reception is open from 9-12 in the morning to 15-19 in the evening, when it is closed you can't leave luggage inside. The bus from Nice airport takes 75 minutes and travels through amazing landscapes including Monaco and stops in front of the building.
