Very nice hotel with good rooms. Size is average, but comfortable. Staff is very friendly and professional, with a single exception at reception. Breakfast was very average and the management of the restaurant room quite appalling. It s a very large room with three sections, with people all over, table not always cleaned. It would have been better to cordon off some areas and guide the traffic better.
The worst thing was the current expansion work underway, which creates nuisance of course (and inevitably). But the hotel has made things worse by closing all access to the garden, which is not reasonable. It is a main attraction to come to this hotel and there was no reasons to be so strict. I recommend not to go to this hotel before January 2026 when the expansion will be over.

A lovely hotel centrally located, cleanliness and customer service first class. Bedrooms spacious and bed comfortable. The swimming pool and spa an additional treat. Good food served all round and nice to be able to enjoy a glass in the hotel garden. Makes me want to return to Menton again and to enjoy lazy days.

The hotel is very central in the city and to the beach. Nice pool! The standard-room was ok. The bath is really small, so you aren‘t able to sit correctly on the toilet! No balcony and you hear when somebody is showerig. When you stay longer, take a bigger room and with park view. Without parking-reservation good luck with your car!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH HOTELS AND BOOKING PLATFORMS. WE ARRIVED ON JULY 4-6, PAID MONEY ON THE PLACE, WE RECEIVED A ROOM WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING AND CANCELED OUR STAY 5MINS AFTER CHECK-IN. THE RECEPTIONIST CONFIRMED THAT WE COULD CANCEL AND THE MONEY OF €320 PER NIGHT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 5 DAYS. AFTER THE DEADLINE WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE MONEY AT ALL, THE HOTEL DOES NOT ANSWER MESSAGES, WHEN CALLING THEM, THEY PRETEND THAT THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR KNOW ANYTHING. THE HOTEL DOES NOT MATCH THE PHOTOS AT ALL, THE SERVICE IS COLD AND RUDE. THE ROOMS ARE SMALL AND SMELLY, THE SURROUNDINGS ARE NOT COZY. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR FROM THE PARKING TO THE RECEPTION, ONLY STAIRS WHICH YOU HAVE TO DRAG YOUR HEAVY SUITCASES UP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AND DO NOT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY IN MENTON!!!!!

The charm of past centuries is prevalent. Perfectly located within walking distance of the pedestrian area and just a kilometer from the most beautiful beach. The hotel is currently undergoing much-needed renovation, and once completed, it will be an ideal destination for both short visits and longer summer stays. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Covered garage and open-air parking are available for guests.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel . The reception team and lobby gave a good first impression but then our room exceeded expectations . We had a room on the top floor with a garden view and the sea in the distance . It was so restful and calming in the room due to the simple style of decor and that windows opened . Breakfast was simple and tasty with a good enough selection . We were aware of the current work before we arrived but didn’t feel it spoiled our stay in any way . The hotel is only trying to make further improvements . We will certainly remember our stay with fondness and very much hope to return

Wrost maintained hotel ever. Outdated room, dirty sheets at check in, horrible customer service. Dirty amenities. Garden was closed with huge exterior renovation gong on with noise and a huge crane at my balcony. Mind you, i paid extra for the garden view and they would not redund me anything. Fitness center was so dirty, broken steps as you walk in and the entire front of the hotel smells like piss. Do not stay here!

A pool and Mediterranean gardens were a major appeal. Neither were available. Construction noise from early morning, bland breakfasts, non-helpful personnel were plentiful. Poor experience throughout. Even if internet ratings were perfect. I feel taken advantage of.
