Si on aurait mis excellent, on pourrait croire que les évaluations de ce Palace ne sont pas à l'abri de faux avis ... et ben non ... nous avons été enchantés par tous ces petits détails qui font que vous vous sentez bien avec en plus un accueil hyper chaleureux. La chambre était très confortable, avec des oreillers douillets, très belle et propre. De plus, il y avait des gourmandises pour nous ainsi que pour notre chien. MERCI pour ce beau séjour dans ce cadre magnifique et très bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons ...

Wallid, The gentleman who took charge of our Car and baggage made us feel like honoured guests. He made us feel welcomed and after a few minutes of conversation we made an instant connection that lasted until the following day when he again helped us with our car and bade us a heartfelt goodbye. This is the type of service that we received throughout our stay at this property.

Site exceptionnel les pieds dans l'eau du lac et avec la montagne en arrière-plan! Bel établissement, chambre panoramique vaste et confortable, très bon restaurant. Très jolie piscine intérieure et plage intérieure/extérieure. Service charmant; celui du restaurant demande à gagner un peu en expérience pour atteindre le top niveau (apporter les couverts aux clients quand on les installe à la table du petit déjeuner, les cueillères lorsque l'on sert une soupe, l'eau commandée avant la 3ème demande, les bonnes cartes des menus etc que de petits détails qui viendront aux plus jeunes). Un weekend de rêverie dans un lien magique qui prolonge l'été. Il s'agissait de notre deuxième séjour et nous espèrons revenir. Merci!

Magnifique palace ! Vue sur le lac incroyable , les pieds dans l’eau !! Cuisine délicieuse, belle espace détente avec la piscine et le hammam, soin Sothys de qualité avec deux professionnels au top, super service du début à la fin , expérience à revivre avec plaisir :)

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Cadre splendide . Équipe aux petits soins , adorables. Restaurant délicieux. Bar très sympa . Spa sans jacuzzi, ni sauna avec accès sous la pluie mais agréable . Vue imprenable sur le lac , bon we dépaysant.

Our stay was perfect. Such a beautiful location and hotel. We had a lovely forest view room and breakfast. We stayed for a week and the breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was amazing. The staff were so attentive and made our trip so special.

Le petit déjeuner est très décevant pour le prix, il y a beaucoup de produit industriel (le petit déjeuner n’est pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles mais plus d’un 3 étoiles). Le restaurant le beach est décevant et le service n’est pas au niveau surtout pour le prix. Le personnel de ménage est top, très professionnel. Le restaurant gastronomique est correct surtout lorsque l’on compare au restaurant le beach le midi. L’horaire de Check in (16h) n’a pas été respecté par l’hôtel et aucune solution alternative ne nous a été proposé pour patienter (boisson d'accueil, proposition de garder notre chien ou autre). Il fallait que l’on aille se promener en attendant que la chambre soit prête, on ne s’attend pas à ce genre de service en arrivant dans un palace.

Everything was up to the standard in regards of the staff. Really high. However, the place could be more clean, the also could provide anti mosquito spray. Also, i would love to come next time and they privied variety of options in regards of food for muslims. There was nothing Halal unfortunately.
