We arrived at the hotel and we was shocked to find we have to pay a deposit for cups and towels and if we need to change your towel it was 1euro charge. After arriving we couldn't get into our room until 4pm after arriving at 11am . During our stay we had no water for 1 day and we constantly had hot water on and off for our 10 days holiday. The food in the hotel was shocking we eat out most nights down at the local bars the nights we did saty in the kids didn't mind what they eat but for us adults we stuck to soup. There was multiple people around the pool we got talking to which started to get ear infections. We later found out this was due to the water in the pool and why it was so cloudy. The water park was closed 1 day due to a electrical wire fallen into the water from on of the sides. The staff at the water park where very rude to a point they grabbed our friends son and told him to pick the rubbish up when he'd already explained it wasn't theirs. Overall this is the worst holiday we have ever experienced and for the cost of 7k for the 6 of us and 5k for our friends this was a complete waste of money. This should not be a 4* hotel but a 2* once getting home we spoke to thomas cook and sent over all videos and pictures and received part of a refund.

We don’t have to and got moved and still didn’t have. All inclusive was from 11.30 and was very limited. Nothing to do. Cleaning not good.

En general es un hotel muy agradable. Instalaciones algo desgastadas pero bien cuidadas. La limpieza en la habitación excelente.
La comida bastante sabrosa y variada. Siempre encuentras algo que te pueda gustar.
Como detalles negativos:
-En el check in te entregan unos vasos de plástico bajo un pago de 1 euro cada uno que te devuelven al salir si los entregas. Es un rollo tener que ir con los vasos a todos los sitios si quieres tomar algo en el bar de la piscina o el que sea…
-El personal de recepción está muy por debajo del nivel del resto de trabajadores (limpieza, camareros, mantenimiento, etc.) Mucho descontrol, descoordinación y mala imagen en general para lo que se espera de un 4 estrellas.

Un séjour gâché par l’incompétence des hôteliers
L’hôtel pratique de l’overbooking donc problèmes dans la réservation, pas de place pour nous. On nous a prévenu la veille de notre départ que l’on serait envoyé par nos moyen à l’autre bout de l’île dans un vielle appart hôtel 3* durant 2 nuits puis les 2 nuits suivantes on nous a sous-classé en chambre simple (a 3) alors que nous avions payé pour un suite avec salon séparé et lit pour un enfant de 16 ans. Retard dans l’allocation des chambres (des heures perdues à tourner autour de la réception).
Seules les 3 dernières nuits correspondaient à notre réservation.
La réception a botté en touche à chaque réclamation, aucun geste commercial à ce jour, aucun remboursement.
De retour, aucun recours possible. Déplorable. Une semaine de vacances gâchée pour cela.

Tour le site est bien entretenu, le personnel s efforce toute la journée de satisfaire ses clients. Personnel tres gentil. Le complexe est très agréable, assez ombragé et de multiples activités sont proposées. On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour. On regrette juste de ne pas y etre resté plus longtemps
