Hotels with Breakfast in Menorca

Sólo puedo opinar del restaurante. He ido a comer en tres ocasiones diferentes con mi familia. El servicio del personal es excelente. Educados, atentos y simpáticos. Te hacen sentir agusto. De las tres veces que hemos ido a comer sólo les pongo un pero. Mi hijo pidió unos calamares a la romana y le sirvieron congelado industrial en el que el rebozado era el protagonista y el calamar un hilillo difícil de apreciar. Tenía una excelente opinión de la cocina de este negocio que se vio empañada por esta pifia carente de sentido. Si no puedes poner calamar fresco es mejor que lo digas y el cliente puede decidir, pero servir esa cosa es una falta de respeto. El resto de las comandas eran apropiadas y buena calidad a un precio aceptable. Pero el detalle de los calamares estuvo muy feo. Impropio de un negocio serio. El año que viene todavía tengo que pensar si regresaré. Parece una tontería, pero me dolió que cometieran esa estupidez. Local bien climatizado, baños muy limpios, precio muy aceptable en relación a la calidad y trato inmejorable... Pero lo de los calamares es un tiro en el pie.

Great hotel, great location, good service. The hotel is perfectly situated for a short walk to the heart of Mahón (10 min), with a beautiful view of the water. My first floor room had a cute balcony overlooking the water. The hotel was clean and modern with a decent sized room and all the amenities you would need, including a bar, restaurant, spa, pool and fitness room. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the only thing I felt was below value. For 27 Euro, while there was a large enough food selection, it was disorganized and not a great experience. They kept running out of food items, plates, utensils, etc. I rather preferred walking to a local bakery for a croissant and coffee. Great overall stay though!

They kept us waiting to get in. Almost an hour before check out they wanted to kick us out bothering us in the room. The breakfasts and dinners were always missing things and there was a lack of cleaning.

Forget all the negative reviews! Yes the rooms are a bit dated but they are clean (and are cleaned daily), the beds are comfortable and there is everything you need. I did need a corkscrew for a bottle of wine but one request to reception and 2 hours later they delivered a brand new one to my room (1009 if anyone needs to borrow it). I believe the hotel is recently under new management and we only paid around £60 a night. I'm sure the price will go up as this gem is discovered by more people so I'd book fast if I were you! The area is beautiful. You have 4 pools to choose from and a beach all within 2 or 3 mins from the accommodation. There is a bar selling snacks and drinks by the main pool at reasonable prices (4.50€ for a pint and 4€ for chips) and also a bar on the beach (not owned by the hotel) that also sells drinks and snacks.(5.50€ a pint) Entertainment is good, hotel restaurant is also good (buffet style) and reasonably priced, (16 euros for adults, 11 for kids) however they do have limited child options if you've got a fussy eater like I have!! No chicken nuggets or pizza so he had chips, pasta, bread rolls and his own weight in ice cream!! I had paella, spicy potatoes and some tapas but they had a wide range of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes available. The staff are all incredibly friendly and hard working although did smirk kindly at my clumsy attempt at Spanish... I'll get better!! A special shout out to Alexandra who was very kind and helpful. She speaks 6 languages so I didn't even attempt my Spanish with her!! Overall my son and I are having a lovely time and plan to bring the rest of the family next time.

We stayed as a family of 4 & were more than happy with the accommodation. It is very roomy & clean & has everything you should want for a self catering holiday. Yes it is quiet but we weren't put off by that, we went exploring & found plenty to do & see in the evenings. The bus routes to other villages & towns is within walking distance & taxis easy to get hold of. The pool area is well equipped with plenty of loungers & never too busy there. As someone else mentioned it is along a road but please don't let that put you off, it certainly isn't a noisy road and you can't really see it from the pool area unless you are walking about. The views from the pool were fantastic with the sea & hills in the distance. We were self catering so unable to comment on the food & restaurant but the bar is open in the day/evening for drinks and ice creams. Two well equipped supermarkets within walking distance with everything you should need. It is a little pricey but has everything there. Rooms: 5/5 Service: 5/5

Hola soy Lucía , somos una familia italiana napolitana que ha estado en este lugar desde 7 al 10 Agosto . Lugar bien ubicado a 3 minutos de la parada del autobús para ir al centro de Ciutadella. Nosotros no habíamos tenido la habitación nueva pero tenía que decir que la recepción y la piscina sonó los puntos más a favor del establecimiento. La recepción gracias a la mítica Sandra, que es una persona muy amable y disponible en todo lo que quería , es bien organizada pero tiene su propio orario. La piscina funciona muy bien y acerca del establecimiento esta también una Cala( playa).

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was faultless really for the half board option. Rooms are huge and pretty modern - was a bit worried with the slightly dated corridors, but our ground floor apartment had plenty of space and furnished much better than the wicker you get in some hotels. Pool area in October was quiet even with 23-25oC every day and maintained / cleaned every day. No towels need to be left out for sun beds here ! Don’t forget the spa for any colder days either - well kept pool, sauna and steam rooms all included. Seen a few recent reviews of the food but have to say for a buffet service, both breakfast and evening meals were really, really good. Breakfast is repetitive but not much else you can do; whereas evening meals were on par with going to a restaurant. Fresh pizzas made in front of you, meat and fish hot plate, then 4-5 different mains. They don’t do all inclusive which helps keep the hotel quieter in a way but a beer with your meals was only £3 and aperol £8 so they’re not taking the p at all. We stayed with a 4 month old baby and the staff were excellent with him in all parts of the hotel and grateful for the travel cot put up for us. No cons at all really. No issues ever stating again.
