Great hotel. Super helpful staff at front desk, bar, restaurant, cleaning. Nicely decorated. Solid rooms. There is a little road noise, perhaps because of sliders that open to open air restaurant, but rooms include sound machines. Convenient to Menlo, Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this location. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not it. There were activities going on during my four day. Stay that kept the noise level at inappropriate levels. Influencer parties and other activities. Those sort of outings are OK, this hotel promotes soundproof rooms and I could hear people below me loud and clear every morning. I also don’t like forced garage valet parking. At $30 a night! This place is not as advertised.

Love the vibe/feel. All good! Everything about the stay was easy and enjoyable. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, decor inviting. Food was great.

Decent hotel, clean, great staff. Stay was marred by a design issue / malfunction that would turn off some of the power outlets and the cable box every 15 minutes unless the motion sensor is activated. Unfortunately the motion sensor is in the bathroom which doesn't have line of sight to the bedroom. Also water is provided via water dispensers on each floor, but ours was broken during the first week of stay. Parking is valet only, Location is about 15 minutes from downtown or Stanford.

Fantastic experience from the rooms, to the restaurant, to the staff! Lyle the General Manager was an amazing host and friend during our stay, and the staff follows his lead. Highly recommended. Will come back. Try the Avocado Toast for breakfast!

Park James is a beautifully designed boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and a charming outdoor dining area. The restaurant has delicious food and live music several nights of the week. The staff and management were extremely attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The value was great for a luxurious hotel! This was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at the Park James Hotel on business and was very pleased with my stay. I did not know the area but picked this hotel based on other reviews and it did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean, the restaurant was great, and the gym is very modern and even includes an outdoor courtyard. Would highly recommend!

This is my favorite hotel in the Menlo Park area! I stayed here when it first opened quite a few years ago and they’ve kept it in the same exact condition since then. The staff here are top notch and so helpful and are always willing to help in any way.
