the reception was very kind to upgrade me to a bigger room. the guard on the ground was also very kind to offer me a parking space near hotel gate but I prefer the underground one. all set up are very good and handy except 1 minor issue. The bath gel / shampoo / conditioner are in bottles mounted on the wall. You need use one hand to squeeze the soft plastic bottle and use another hand to receive underneath and this is not very convenient. furthermore you need some muscle to squeeze and the height is too tall for a kid. So suggest to us an electronic sensor dispenser or one hand operation dispenser.

The hotel is in a good location. Downstairs is Nanhu First Mall, where you can shop, entertain and park. It is very close to Nanhu Lake. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable to live in. However, there are too few spare room cards in the hotel. It is difficult to have two room cards in one room. This needs to be improved.
