賓館在聯大路邊上的小巷子裏，4層自建房，沒有電梯，房間設施陳舊老化，牆上有污漬，衞生間看的就不舒服，淋浴熱水小，拖鞋底斷了，又臟又臭，也沒一次性的可用，wifi信號差……住過最差的賓館，還100多，太不值了！！！

位置還行，去南湖公園和繁華商業街都不遠，很方便。設施衹能説是一般，但這個價位這樣的水平是可以接受的

自建房改賓館，優點是離考場近。缺點是冬天沒有熱水，斷斷續續的熱水，一下子就沒了，7、8度的氣温，早上洗了冷水澡，差點沒凍死。價錢在100多，emm，性價比不高。

不推薦。房間設施陳舊老化、氣味重、馬桶不蓄水。熱水太小也罷，關鍵是洗澡剛開始不久熱水就全沒了，在這冬季居然在賓館洗了個冷水澡。幸好抗住了，第2天起來沒患感冒。
