沒到晚上12點退房不讓退要是不能全額退款退一半或者退一點也可以這是一點都不退啊售後服務也不好打了酒店電話兩天一次都沒接希望大家慎重考慮這家酒店哦住過好幾次了酒店位置不好有的時候根本打不到車有次凌晨兩點還有人來莫名其妙敲門好幾次嚇我和我朋友一跳還是叫前台解決的還有根本找不到吹風機在哪還得跟前台找

這是我們雲南之旅性價比最低的一家酒店，房間看着還算乾淨決定入住，然後就是種種毛病：1.所謂的免費停車並不是酒店內部停車場，而是道路上的公共停車位；2.應該是太陽能熱水器，放不出一點兒熱水來；3.不提供電熱水壺，想喝熱水需要到一樓冰冷大廳的前台去做；4.被罩極軟，棉被在被罩中不能固定，捲成一團，床墊也很不舒服，睡眠質量極差，因為棉被無法穩定蓋好，導致我着涼第二天跑肚；5.空調無法調節和關閉，需要爬上牆去拔掉插銷；6.沒有掛衣服的設施，衹能堆在椅子上。總之，酒店基本應該達到的設施這家都沒有，再加上前台毫無服務意識，不知5.0的評分從何而來？
