2018年金秋為期一個月的第二次雲南之旅，把雲南主要的五大景區滇西（大理）、滇西南（瑞麗、緬甸木姐市、騰沖）、滇西北（麗江、瀘沽湖、香格里拉）、滇中（昆明、石林）和滇南（西雙版納）都轉了一遍，其中西雙版納的性價比最高讓人印象深刻。時光飛逝，歲月荏苒，轉眼間六年多過去了，西雙版納和香格里拉已經通了火車，大大方便了遊客出行。本人也再次踏上了第三次雲南之旅，衹不過這次是帶着全家六口人2025年春節期間租車自駕遊。由於這次在西雙版納的遊覽景點增加了位於勐臘縣的望天樹景區，所以在遊覽了中科院熱帶植物園後選擇了當天晚上就近在勐臘縣城住宿，轉天直接前往望天樹景區。在勐臘縣城住宿的這家酒店地理位置不錯，有自己的停車場，有電梯，設施齊全，這次訂了三間房，大家都很滿意。

The hotel is closed to the bus station . It is also close to the hotel where you can take a direct bus to 望天𣗳. The food option is quite limited. The area appears dead. It is better to stay near the night market which is about 3 km away . That area is livelier and full of activities.
The hotel offers no breakfast which is a negative for me. The room is pretty basic. There is a low cocktail that you can’t use it as a table to have a meal.
There is not much to do in Mengle without a car. i checked out 1 day earlier because I think 2 nights is more than enough for a sleepy town.
The staff is helpful though . They offered good information about 望天樹.
The room is clean.I don’t remember if it offers any tea but definitely no coffee.
Overall, for the price that it charges, I don’t have a lot of complaints.
