Regarding this place, I think my experience is the most genuine. I stayed there for about ten days during the Spring Festival when they first opened. At that time, I thought it was a hidden gem, great value for money, and highly recommended. Last year, I stayed there for six or seven days as well. The feeling was the same. This year, the price has gone up, which is understandable, it's a problem with their operating model. The front desk treats you differently depending on whether you have a membership card or not. When I called to report a problem, they didn't follow up and just let it go. There was no hot water in this weather, and I tolerated it when I showered at 11 PM. But when I showered at 7 AM, there was still no hot water. I called and they told me to let the water run for ten minutes. I did, but it was still cold. They said it wasn't peak shower time, etc. I'm speechless at this way of solving problems. The previous two years, I never encountered this problem, no matter the time of day. Also, most of the guests were from out of town, and they seemed to be trying to rip me off. I just bought a membership elsewhere, and they told me I wasn't a member and wanted me to pay extra to get one… Don't try to be clever. At this price, I could easily find another place that wouldn't be any worse. For the same price, I'm extremely disappointed with your place.

The room is clean and flawless, the details are very professional, the room decoration is simple but stylish, the stay experience is very comfortable, the hotel is close to the subway station, it is very convenient to go to the airport or the city by car.
