Dans une bastide magnifique, des gens accueillant y et généreux ! Le droit vaut le détour ! Ne vous faite pas décourager par les avis négatifs !

The property itself is very pretty , great pool and very good food - however the owners lack of English and organisation skills are very limited - There is a very good manager but he seems to do everything for her because she is so chaotic ! For those that remember Faulty towers , this is the French version - you need a car to get to the nearest towns and villages , they are a long walk ! My room was fine but it needs updating and the rooms vary alot - the better rooms are in the first building near reception - it was okay but I’m not sure I would stay there again.

Worst check-in ever! The receptionist simply informed us that they had no rooms available. First she said that they would simply reimburse us, and that we just had to find another place. Then she changed her mind and asked us to check with ******* to get a refund, nothing that she could do to help us.
After arguing for about an hour, she gave us a room. No apology, no explanations, nothing. They offered free breakfast though…but during check-out she wanted us to pay for pert of the breakfast which we refused.

Très bel endroit au calme, dans une propriété luxuriante ! Le personnel était très agréable, au petits soins afin que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Bon rapport qualité prix dans une magnifique région, et très bien situé. Je recommande vivement.

Très jolie adresse où ressourcement et déconnexion sont les maitres mots. Le personnel sur place est très agréable et aux petits soins. Les espaces extérieurs très agréables et la chambre confortable. Un très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande vivement !

Worst check in experience ever. After arriving at 9pm the receptionist informed us that the hotel didn’t have any availabilities. Although we showed them our ******* confirmation, and receipt that we fully prepaid the hotel, she claimed that there was nothing that she could do, except to reimburse us. Then she changed her mind and was not willing to reimburse us, as she said that we had to ask for a refund with *******. After arguing for about an hour, she finally gave us a room. No apologies, no explanations. they offered one free dinner and free breakfast, which she asked us to partly pay at the end of the stay, which we refused. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and the place was in general a bit rundown. I cannot recommend this placee!

Cet établissement ne mérite pas ses notes ! Rapport qualité / prix imbattable dans un lieu authentique ! Les gens sont attentionnés et prêt à tout pour faire plaisir. N’hésitez pas si jamais vous vous basé sur les notes Trip ! Ce n’est pas un 5* mais le prix non plus 👌🏼

J’ai ressenti des démangeaisons la nuit et j’étais couvert de plaques rouges. J’ai regardé le matelas et j’ai constaté des déjections de sang avec des punaises de lits. J’étais dégouté. J’ai pris la couette et j'ai dormi sur le canapé. Le nettoyage n’était pas top et la Clim ne fonctionnait pas. La piscine pas nettoyée. Haut potentiel pour cet établissement mais pas d’entretien. Il faut absolument contacter M6 pour redresser cette affaire.

Belle surprise dans ce magnifique endroit ! Tout est propre , le personnel est aimable et à disposition , le jardin est magnifique et …. Le calme et le silence , les chambres sont belles et spacieuses avec une chambre séparée pour les enfants Je suis très étonnée des notes données en tout moi qui suis exigeante je suis parfaitement satisfaite 🤩
