Abbiamo organizzato un'assemblea annuale federale con 170 persone. Riunioni, assemblea, standing lunch e cena di gala. Tutto è stato perfetto e molto apprezzato dai partecipanti a piena soddisfazione. Ogni dettaglio è stato organizzato dallo staff e in particolare da Tania che ci ha supportato ed era sempre a disposizione. Grazie ❤

Bad experience with Front Office Manager, Luisa Piccolo, she had a bad way to meet us and to check in us. Usually a Manager should be kind and available to guests' requests and their needs. Just the two other men was kind with us and used appropriate manner

Il soggiorno per motivi professionali è stato ottimo, WI-FI gratuito e sempre disponibile, camere silenziose e possibilità di riservare sale riunioni. Il personale disponibile e professionale ha reso il tutto perfetto. La colazione è stata la coccola finale.

Non capisco con quali parametri si valutano gli hotel a quattro stelle. Evidentemente mi sfugge. Resta il fatto che l’hotel qualitativamente non vale i soldi che si spendono. L’allestimento delle stanze è freddo e dozzinale. Il servizio igienico con accessori di scarsa qualità. Colazione molto scarsa, senza possibilità di mangiare della frutta fresca ed in un ambiente paragonabile ad una mensa aziendale. Tanto grigiore condito da una certa indisposizione ed antipatia di alcuni operatori, riscontrato soprattutto di fronte a un problema tecnico accaduto nella prenotazione, trattato dalla responsabile dell’hotel con fiscalità e molta arroganza . Dovrò tornarci a Mendrisio ma non di certo in questo hotel
