Nos alojamos en este hotel solo de paso , para seguir viaje a Chile La ubicación es muy buena , cerca del centro y de la zona de bares Aristides La habitación es confortable y el descanso es bueno El desayuno comienza a la 7hs y tiene bastantes cosas, es bueno Tienen cochera con cargo adicional Los empleados , la recepcion y el chek out son correctos Las 3 estrellas estan correctas

Habitación cómoda ideal para un buen descanso, aire acondicionado maravilloso, no es ruidoso lo que permite que esté prendido mientras dormimos, espacio de la piscina ideal para disfrutar y descansar y el desayuno buffet y la atención genial!!

No llega a las 3 estrellas que dice que tiene. Nos hospedamos en dos habitaciones y ambas tenían las puertas rotas (fácilmente violentables). Mucho olor a humedad en la habitación, la alfombra del suelo sucia y con olor; las sabanas muy desgastadas, a punto de rajarse en varias zonas; la puerta del baño no cerraba; la cortina de la dicha sucia, llena de moho; el desayuno malo, los jugos muuuuy diluidos!

La habitación del hotel tenía las paredes sucias, en el baño faltaban cosas, el secador de pelo no servía, y el supuesto desayuno buffet solo te permiten tomar café 1 vez, el 2do lo cobran. El estaciónamiento me parece muy caro... Y el

Adjunto fotos. El hotel es sucio, caro, decoración anticuada y de gusto cuestionable, descuidados todo tipo de detalles.Hasta una botella del frigobar estaba abierta. Las toallas y ropa de cama..raídas, el cubrecamas sucio, el piso sin barrer. El desayuno muy básico, sin manteles en las mesas. La piscina es de plástico encastrada. No se engañen, jamás este hotel podría alcanzar ni dos estrellas. Está muy lejos de ser 3 estrellas. Llegamos una noche a las 2330 hs y estaba cerrado con llave, nadie atendia cuando golpeabamos la puerta (no hay timbre, claro)..llamamos varias veces hasta el cansancio por teléfono. Me pregunto si no tenía bateria o el celular conmigo...me quedaba afuera toda la noche?

If it’s wasn’t just one night and we didn’t get in late I would have found another hotel. Room smells like sewage, holes in the wall, exposed wires in the bathroom, disgusting place. I guess the price is right and we will see about Breakfast in the morning. But this is a one time stay for us. No way would we book here again.
