Mala atención de los empleados ,uno del días de alojamiento nos dejaron sin limpieza de habitación ni reposición de toallones y toallss el personal del comedor deja mucho que desear, en recepción atienden de mala gana ,contratamos cochera y nos mandaron a un 6 piso ,sin consultar si queríamos esa ubicación...una mala experiencia

No prenden la calefacción, está siempre 22 . Este hotel no es bueno .no tiene servicio de bar , no tiene TV en la sala . El desayuno tienes q estar antes de las 10 de la mañana . Los empleados no tienen ni idea q es una atención de un hotel , le preguntas y no saben nada . Horrible . No se dejen engañar

Para um hotel de 3 estrelas e nota 7 no Google deixou MUITO a desejar. Um dos piores hotéis que já fomos na vida. Atendimento ruim, funcionários pouco atenciosos, nada simpáticos, despreparados. O pior café da manhã de todos. Pouquíssima variedade e quantidade. Um dia até o presunto estava faltando! Muito fraco. O primeiro quarto que ficamos estava com vazamento no vaso sanitário e uma lâmpada piscando. Único hotel em toda a viagem que passamos FRIO, mesmo com cobertas. Estava -1° e a calefação não parecia funcionar bem. No último dia também ficamos sem água quente, apenas morna. Enfim, fiz questão de vir aqui expressar minha indignação.
