Cuidado.
Hotel bom e bem localizado, mas o estacionamento deve ser ruim, pois lá atendentes não indicam estacionar lá. No primeiro dia deixei na tua e paguei estacionamento do município a cada meia hora a partir das 7 horas da manhã, incluindo sábado. No domingo na cobra, mas quebraram o vidro do carro para roubar, em frente ao hotel. Pior incomodacao da viagem.

Ótimo custo beneficio em excelente localização
O hotel está muito bem localizado no Centro de Mendoza, próximo a Av Colon, Av. San Martin e a Praça Espanha. O atendimento foi excelente e muito prestativo. A acomodação para 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças) muito boa, em 2 quartos separados. Sentimos falta de frigobar na acomodação A limpeza também muito boa. Aspecto negativo da acomodação foi a cortina de um dos dormitórios que estava danificada. No geral, pelo custo benefício avalio como muito bom.

Banheiros muito velhos e mal cuidados. Ao tomar banho a água do chuveiro alaga o banheiro. Café da manhã sem frutas. Atendimento do restaurante no café da manhã horrível. Mais honesto seria não oferecer café na manhã. Coberta com aspecto de sujo. Sem geladeira nos quartos.

Para empezar nos dieron una habitación con una única ventana que da a un espacio similar a un hueco de ascensor, al segundo día llenaron el hotel de contingentes de adolescentes de equipos de handbol que hizo imposible descansar, al reclamar por ese hecho nos cambiaron de habitación a una más pequeña cuyo baño no permitía bañarse sin mojar todo. Nunca me pasó esto es un desastre tres estrellas le queda grandisimo.

El hotel completo está sucio, las alfombras con polvo acumulado por años, las habitaciones con falta de aseo, baños incómodos, las toallas tan antiguas que llegan a raspar por estar duras y ásperas. El desayuno muy malo y con poca variedad, la atención en el comedor muy mala, con malas formas, desgano y cero cordialidad. Pedimos agregar una mesa para poder desayunar los 8 de la familia juntos, la cara que nos puso la garzona fue de rabia. Colocó las tazas tirándolas, no pudo servilletas y respondió que no había más de nada. Cuando nos retiramos del hotel nos estacionamos en el espacio reservado del mismo hotel en el frontis, nos estuvieron apurando en todo momento para que nos fuéramos porque iban a llegar otros huéspedes desde el aeropuerto. Sólo un par de personas en recepción y una señorita mucama fueron MUY amables. Insisto: NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ.

El hotel lo super recomiendo, la limpieza la atención de sus empleados, el servicio todo super bien. Super conforme con el desayuno y el tamaño de las habitaciones. Excelente reacción precio-calidad.
