The waiters at the front desk are very nice and enthusiastically tell you about the service facilities of the hotel

Staff is very kind and professional, but that ends any positives I can say about this property. Old and dated. A couch in the suite is stained and dirty . I laughed when I saw the couch since they had put the couch cushions upside down..which of course means the right side is stained and filthy .. matching the rest of the couch. Internet is weak so not great for business travelers. Questionable ventilation system..It would not adequate if it is a hot day. It is near the airport, so may do in a pinch for a quick overnight..but keep your expectations very low. If a workout room is important to you. this is not for you either..

The staff are so friendly, we’ve stayed here in January 2025, March 2025 and June 2025 , it’s always a pleasure to stay here , the rooms are good , the staff are great, very friendly, and helpful , its very convenient for us to park and fly they offer a shuttle to airport and the staff are always great . I feel all the staff here are always great, Freddy who provides the breakfast service is always smiling and happy, I would recommend this place to others, from the shuttle staff , front desk staff, and Freddy it’s always been a pleasure to stay . Nightmare
We got in after a long late flight to them CANCELLING our room. They didn’t even call to tell us they canceled it. We showed up at 1:30am, exhausted to them telling us they overbooked and we didn’t have anywhere to stay. I had my two kids with me!!! All I got was a shrug and a sorry. THEY DIDNT EVEN REFUND MY MONEY!!! Worst ever.

Good parking, nice check in, friendly staff. Keys are constantly malfunctioning, and have to return to front desk for replacements multiple times... Rooms smell a little musty but are clean.
