Our 4.5-acre property is 10 minutes north of Fort Bragg, off of Highway 1, and a mile from the beach — just far enough to escape the marine layer and get a good amount of sunshine. The house is surrounded by redwood trees, rolling meadows and flowering rhododendrons. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a large wraparound porch, a library/office, a sun room, and a hot tub. This is a beautiful but eclectic old redwood ranch house with a very large, bright solarium at its center.The spaceWhile the house is technically three bedrooms, "bonus rooms" allow it to fairly comfortably accommodate 3+ families or a group of friends. These include a large office off the master bedroom that can fit both a (provided) queen-sized floor bed and a pack-n-play. In the living room, there's a good-sized office, separated from the living room by a curtain, that can accommodate a (provided) queen-sized floor mattress. We're happy to arrange the house to best fit your party.
