Place was clean but only one way in and out of the hotel. Parking included. It was gated but not closed for protection of vehicles. The night person was rude and was not real helpful. The morning lady was really nice and very personable

This hotel was dirty and run-down. The shower felt like a cave and it had a broken light. The bathroom sink was cracked. There were bugs on the floor, and everything smelled like smoke. I had prepaid for a three-night stay, not knowing how gross the hotel would be. After checking in, I checked out the following morning at 9 AM to go to a different hotel. Despite this, they refused to refund me for the two nights I didn't stay.

My hotel stay at Quality Inn Memphis Northeast was the worst experience I have ever had. Nothing like the pictures or past reviews. Room dirty, breakfast little to none and to top it off my car was hit in the lot, reported to staff and not one cared

Overall, the staff was okay. The room was nice and large, however, there were several things in the room that was not what I would have expected. First, the shower door would not close. When you took a shower the water could get all over the floor and be a slipping hazard. Second, the only lights in the room were on the opposite side of the headboard of the bed, So when all lights were turned off, you could not see your way to the bed. Third, there was only an uncomfortable office chair to sit in. There was no lounge chair. Fourth, the sensor for the T.V. remote had such a narrow band of use, you had to be in front of the T,V, to use it. Fifth, the continental breakfast was small. All that was available was a Belgian waffle maker, two cereals, Frosted Flakes and Fruit Loops, yogurt, and milk. There was coffee available and a machine with apple juice and orange juice. For the reason of my stay, the room was adequate only.

Dirty! The floors in the lobby elevator and room are sticky. Rugs seem very dirty and rug in our room has a sticky spot. Shower seems moldy. I don’t need luxury or pampering just CLEAN. The clerk did a poor job at check in. He did not explain how the parking lot worked and initially gave us only one key. He seemed confused about his job.

I've been on the road for the past 5 months staying primarily at this level of hotel and I must say that this is the dirtiest, worst hotel of this quality. I found garbage in the room - including a child's water bottle beside the chair. The floor was so dirty that the wet bathmat became black. The carpet was likewise filthy. When I tried to phone the front desk to ask them to go out to ask the person playing loud music in his car at 11:00pm, I found out that the phone didn't work. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal (2 choices), the waffle maker, and pre-packaged sausage patties on a biscuit. All terrible choices. The staff was adequate. Stay elsewhere if possible.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was super clean, the bed was super soft and I felt safe. The hotel was gated with a 24hr security guard. The rates was very reasonable, I will definitely stay here again at this location. I give it 4 thumbs up.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. After my wife just got the hospital from having a seizure we return to the hotel and go to sleep early in the morning. It was snowing all night long so we were snowed in there we could not leave because the snow was so much. The general manager comes up to our room several times starting at 9:00 a.m. after I'd already told her I was going to stay I was getting another room. While I'm on my phone trying to book the room to save myself some money she proceeds to come and just open our room door and tell us to get out and she told me she didn't want our money ask I was like what do y'all you know match prices which I knew they did because I'm a choice hotels member and it says on their website that they do but she says no they don't I had cash on me and everything to pay and then she goes I don't want your money just get out took the car away that had our luggage on it made us carry everything down by hand like it was the most disrespectful humiliating experience I've ever seen in my life The general manager at this hotel needs to be fired I don't even know how she got a job and then she's talking to her daughter on the phone the whole time she's yelling at cussing me telling me to get out of the hotel because I'm trying to pay her and then she's got some guy with her I don't know who he was acting like security he makes some dumb comment and I shut him up real quick about what you want to save a little bit of money if you could book it online would you rather pay $60 instead of $80 he didn't have a response for that. But stay away from this hotel and housekeeping is just as bad as the general manager The housekeeping is the one that started all this because we had stayed there before and had a problem with the same housekeeper arguing with somebody outside of our door 8:00 in the morning I had to literally tell them to stop arguing in front of our door stop yelling You're waking us up and then she proceeds to vacuum after the argument. So this time she saw us check in and knew we were staying there and she came and knocked on the door first I told her we were getting the room again in about 30 minutes later that's when the general manager comes up there knocking on the door talking about oh we got to get out and all this kind of stuff when I'm trying to pay and then she says I don't want your money get out. I'm contacting Choice Hotels as well for the amount of disrespect their staff shows towards guest. When I asked her for her name she responded with you can just get my card from the front desk.

Immediate impression of a run down place. Beds in the room were fresh and good. TV set didn’t work and a/c extremely noisy with a room temp of 59F upon arrival. The extra bed we had ordered was nit available. The breakfast area seemed fresh but we soon found out there was only waffles served. Juice was like water and coffee undrinkable. The pool (a primary reason for our booking) was closed. Staff rude and unfriendly. This is below 2 star rating.
