Extended Stay America Suites - Memphis - Airport

Well crappy hotel #2 for a road trip from ny to Dallas. I don’t even know where to begin. I thought by spending a little more the hotel would be nicer but I was wrong. Rented 2 rooms this time and we were lucky to have done that because my room had a plugged tub that wouldn’t drain and standing water in it. Electrical outlets that were pulling away from the wall. More than half of the outlets didn’t even work and wouldn’t hold a charger in. Sheets on the bed were ripped and the fitted sheet barely stayed on. Blankets were paper thing. There was a hole cut in the mattress. No locks worked on my door at all. The deadbolt had literally been ripped out of the door. At least we could shower in the other room. But my daughters room had no toilet paper and a dirty q-tip under her bed. In my room it was obvious they don’t know how to vacuum under a bed. Had a little kitchenette but you have to ask for any utensils or dishes. I wish I could rate a zero. Stay out of room 246. Better yet choose a different hotel.

It's a lovely establishment,very friendly n helpful,anything you need they're quick to accommodate you,lovely hotel and it's close to plenty stores n restaurants so you don't have to wait too long if you doordash or order food,they got good wifi n the showers hot,and all the staff are helpful especially Ms.Mya

This place is in a nice,quiet & secluded area but close to a lot of shops and within walking distance of places. It's extremely clean and the STAFF IS ALWAYS QUICK AND WILLING TO RESPOND & RESOLVE ALL ISSUES. They are very professional and friendly to all people who are here. The rooms are larger than most extended stay hotels. The rooms looks and feels more like an apartment than a hotel. It has 2 working elevators. I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know and their prices are more than reasonable. There are plenty of parking spaces available and it has on site security and it's well lit!😁😄

The staff is very friendly caring professional and really helped to accommodate me and my son coming in late. We really appreciate the help of Mr. Craig, Mya and Ashley. We will be extending our stay. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you all so much!

Great customer service Front desk Mya Ashley Danyelle Very helpful and professional but the room needs some work the Ac leaks really bad The microwave is so rusted The refrigerator is dirty and outdated Update the amenities and the drapes are falling won’t close properly

Assistant Manager Mya and Assistant Manager Ashley was outstanding when it came to my outstanding experience . Service was outstanding service that exemplified heart warming welcome and I loved me experience with the assistant manager the general manager was ok not she can be better with her customer service and care.
