This hotel needs a lot of work!! The place is extremely dirty and unkept. The mattresses literally had stuffing come out of them and were black under the mattress pad. The bathroom toilet ran all night. The place smells of dog and old cigarettes. The chairs in the breakfast area are extremely dirty. Housekeeping can’t clean things if management refuses to replace items that need replacing. The entire Memphis airport area is not a place you want to stay. Areas closer to Graceland or the Edge seem cleaner and safer. The best part about this hotel is their shuttle to Graceland.

Room was clean and well maintained. Very busy and used by many people. Close to Graceland. Gave us more towels and a new coffee maker
