Everything about our stay was great - we spent most of our time on the hotel property enjoying all of our meals there. Very good service by every member of the staff. Front desk, bartender, wait staff in the restaurant housekeeping, maintenance, management and security. People went out of their way to make sure you had what you need. No big things, just lots of little things. Basically it was the way “it should be” but seldom is. Look forward to coming back.

This review is mainly about the service me and my family received. Majority of the staff was professional but the front desk supervisor (I forgot her name but she has short blonde flipped cut) handled any and everything during a busy holiday weekend with a smile. There was no actual manager there to assist with the business in the dining area when the staff was short and to assist the new clerks.

Everyone was very very kind and helpful, but there were crumbled cookies in the carpet, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask twice for more, the restaurant was never staffed (the poor fellow from the kitchen tried to help but he’s just one guy). It kind of felt abandoned… but all of the staff was nice. We had a mistake with our charges which was fixed as soon as we found out, we felt safe. It just felt like there were only 3 people working at any given time, so if you needed something it kind of depended on if they could help.

I’m a 15+ year Marriott customer so I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and this Marriott is by far one of the worst. My most recent stay (checking out today 4/24/25) was horrible. Booked my King room back in February and when I checked in they gave me a double. Telling me sorry but there are no other rooms available. Seriously? How do you give away a King room that was reserved 2 months prior? No explanation, no help, nothing. Horrible customer service for a Lifetime Titanium Member. Then the room was filthy, towels all over the floor and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a week. I expect much more from Marriott, Marriott corporate should take a visit here and then shut this hotel down and stick with opening up Westin’s or Renaissance’s.

The staff at Marriott when we entered were very welcoming and attentive to both of us. When we went to our room, the room was very clean and comfortable. I will be visiting the Marriott at another location, probably within a year.

We stayed for 3 nights and house keeping never came in, shower water pressure is soo strong not comfy when needing to shower with warmer/hot water
