If this was the first Holiday Inn, I had stayed in, I would not have booked another time. Our bathroom was not clean, the room was stocked only with decaf coffee and when I called the front desk, they said they didn’t have any that I’d have to wait until the maids came in. When we went down for breakfast, they were out of most everything. They had a waffle maker, but no waffle batter, oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal and the juice machine was broken. When I asked the girl at the front desk if they had it, her answer was just “nope.”

Beds were comfy and the showers were hot. There however, were no trash bags in the trash cans, and the plug ports were broke or had to shimmied to keep charging my phone. I didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that. For an IHG hotel/customer, I expected better.

This hotel sucks. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here. We made reservations 1 month before our stay. Upon arrival at 1030pm we were told they didn’t have a reservation for us even though we had a confirmation number and an email saying congratulations you’re booked. We found out the next day the hotel canceled our room. Here we are 6.5 hours from home and no room. I ask the front desk clerk Natalie if there was anything she could do for us. I was told I can tell you sorry. Four calls to IHG corporate was told by IHG corporate the manager would call me within 24 hours. Still never heard from them. I emailed the manager nothing. This hotel is terrible and the lack of assistance from IHG corporate is even more frustrating. I would NEVER stay here.

Terrible experience. The staff is not engaged and could care less about your experience. Many things to not but I think this one example will highlight. On Thursday morning they had coffee but no coffee cups. None. And no one did anything about it. On Friday AM there were still no coffee cups when breakfast was served. Ironically they also installed 2 large coffee makers but, again no cups. When I asked the desk attendant what was going on and if they were getting any she said “no.” She indicated someone told management but she appeared to think that nothing was going to get done and she could care less. Also no spoons or plastic cups for juice on Friday as well, again with no one doing anything about it. I do not recommend you stay here.

stay somewhere else. many challenges with the hotel staff resolving issues. Manager is not very helpful, and I would highly recommend another hotel for service and support. 4 months after my stay I am still working through charge and receipt issues. IHG is a great company and hotel service but this hotel is an outlier to the usual great stays and service I have received.
