Nice clean rooms, nice breakfast, great service. Can’t really fault our stay it was very comfortable and we were well looked after. Shout out to Angela the cleaner for extra special service

Absolutely fantastic environment, staff are exceptional and always very helpful. Jackie the chef cooks the most fabulous breakfast and we go back every week because the food is so good just one item missing from the menu to make a fabulous breakfast into an out of this world breakfast, tinned tomatoes. Everything else you could possibly want for breakfast but missing tinned tomatoes.

We tried different Premier Inn breakfast but here was the best! They provided the breakfast by order, that's mean foods keep good temperature and cooked fresh, everything was brilliant, friendly staffs with excellent service. Thank you Rhianne , Matt and Edward for giving a great memories to our family.

Went here for breakfast, all staff were brilliant. Breakfast exceptional and staff seemed happy singing and dancing, brilliant vibe.

I hardly know where to start. Every member of staff went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed and that all went smoothly. I was staying in the hotel under sad circumstances. It was the night before my cousin's funeral. My first dealings were with Nicola over the phone. I had booked for the night of the funeral and needed to change the booking to the night before. Nicola could not have been more helpful and sorted everything out effortlessly. On arrival I was welcomed by Rhian. It was late as I had been out locally with my family for a pre funeral dinner and get together. I was desperate to eat some fruit. Rhian sorted it with no bother. She could not have been lovelier. On getting into my room I found a message from Rhian accompanied by a box of fudge and an origami star ... beautifully made. The message passed on sympathy for my reason for staying. Jodie was on next and, very late that night, found me and iron and ironing board and carried it up to my room. I was not expecting to sleep well before such an emotional day, and also knowing I would be reading at the service. But I had the best night's sleep I have had in ages, and woke up completely refreshed. I cannot recommend their beds enough. Anyone with insomnia would do well to spend a few nights at a Premier. Melton Mowbray go over and above ... epitomise the meaning of 'going the extra mile'. Thank you everyone for your sensitivity and kindness during our stay. Absolutely amazing staff. I highly recommend.

I thought this was one of the best Premier Inns I have been to and I have been to many, as I regularly stay at Premier Inns as I travel for business across the UK. The Breakfast was the best yet. Fresh Mushrooms and wonderful porridge. Thanks Premier, keep inproving.
