A great surprise: not a bit an 'old barn', as the name suggests; spacious, modern, exceptionally well equipped. The staff is friendly and cooperative, the breakfast perfectly adequate. And largest hotel bathroom I've ever experienced! The location is just a short walk from the main street and blissfully quite, even on a balmy summer night.

Eine kleine wunderschöne Pension mit schönen Zimmern, sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service .Es gibt im Aufenthalts erreichen einen Kühlschrank , den kann man als Gast nutzen. Getränke und kleine Snacks gibt es auch. Tolles sehr liebevoll angerichtet Frühstücksbufett. Restaurant und Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wir waren auf unseren Wanderungen bereits das zweite Mal zu Gast in der Alten Scheune. Die Zimmer sind schön, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken. Die Pension liegt schön und ruhig in der Melsunger Altstadt. Alles ist sauber, die Frauen am Empfang sind sehr freundlich, das Frühstück hervorragend. Hier hat es uns gut gefallen.

Absolut schöne Pension, liebevoll saniert, tolle neue Zimmer mit Platz und allem was man braucht. Super Frühstück und Preis, Leistung in Ordnung. Direkt an der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Hotel-Pension mit Charme und freundlichem Personal. Kurzum: wirklich alles Klasse!

Heart of the city!
You literally are in heart center….plenty of choices for dining and beautiful walks along the Fulda River. I was lucky to have the Christmas Market too! Very spacious and comfortable too!
