There was a concert in the nearby square, which started at 22:00 every night and ended very late. The cleaning service was not on time as usual. I don’t know whats the reason that non alcoholic drinks in the buffet costs so much, I mean, the buffet means i can choose what we like freely, not a bottle of water for £2.80. The balcony is nonsmoking, but no one told me at the checkin, instead, someone sneaked the bill through the door, i found it on the floor, which is super rude! And why other people smoke? It feels racism as I’m the only Asian people in the hotel.

A hotel that takes care of every detail. It achieves excellence in absolutely everything. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach. The staff is extremely friendly.

excellent! Better than expected! There is the sea right outside the door, and the balcony of the room also faces the sea directly. Ab der ersten Minute haben wir auf Urlaubsmodus schalten können, das fing vor der Tür an, als man uns die Koffer abnahm und endete am letzten Tag, als man uns die Koffer zum Taxi getragen hat. Sehr modernes Ambiente, höfliches Personal, sauberes Hotel, sehr gutes Essen, sehr gute Lage - gleich neben der Dune de Maspalomas.

Devo dire che quest’hotel è stato una bellissima sorpresa. L’ho trovato sia io che mio padre che abbiamo per prenotato lui in una junior suite invece io in una camera con vista mare parziale, davvero eccellente in tutte le sue qualità…. Noi giriamo molto in varie parti del mondo, ma devo dire che questa struttura ci ha sorpreso non solo a livello qualitativo che raggiunge pienamente i suoi cinque stelle, ma anche come staff, accoglienza, gentilezza di tutto il personale che lo circonda… il beach club bellissimo, silenzioso e soprattutto con materassi comodi e piscina riscaldata.. la colazione a buffet strepitosa dove tutto era fresco e non come altri hotel dove si mangia anche roba riciclata . Le camere sempre pulite e lo staff a disposizione per soddisfare tutte le tue esigenze…. Devo sapere e ringraziare tutto il gruppo che ci ha accolto e sicuramente torneremo….. lo consiglio pienamente a chiunque voglia passare una una vacanza alle Gran Canaria al top. Carissimi saluti a tutti Salvatore e Giacomo

This is our 2nd visit to the hotel and will be coming back again. 5 star treatment, service and team are amazing. Rooms are modern and so clean. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we have experienced and the pool area is clean, modern and I would highly recommend this hotel. Please don't change anything!
