Great hotel right by the sea with a great garden! The restaurant was great! Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel, there was little water in the room and Nespresso machine. There was also no cosmetics or soap! Service in the room was OK

Here currently for a weeks stay with the hubby. Definitely 5 star! Lovely staff, food, pools and room. Will definitely be back. Staying in a garden room which is lovely. Big room and modern bathroom. Bars and restaurants offer good choice of drinks and food, all high quality. Hotel very clean and luxurious. Ideal for a relaxed stay.

Another enjoyable stay at Riu Palace Meloneras, as you walk into reception, you feel that you are entering a top quality hotel, reception staff very polite and check in was very easy, we arrived late and the restaurant had closed, so we were served a cold plate meal of meats, cheeses, bread and salad which was pleasant. The hotel overall is good but a few things are becoming a little tired and need a bit of attention. Cleanliness is top level, with housekeeping still on duty late at night, food is very good, but I feel that some things have gone down a little. All staff are very pleasant and professional A special thank you to Christian and Annara in the restaurant, all the servers in the blu de mar bar, Jesus, Alejandro in the rose bar, Jeanette, one of the bar managers making sure everyone was looked after in the bar, our housekeepers cleaning our room and the hotel. Overall a big thank you to everyone for another pleasant stay at this hotel.

Wir waren im Mai dort und wurden nicht enttäuscht...allein der Empfang durch den Kofferträger, der uns sofort erkannte, war sehr herzlich...man fühlte sich sofort dort willkommen....auch der Check-In verlief reibungslos und man nahm auch Rücksicht auf unsere Wünsche....wir haben uns in unserem Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt.,..das Personal, als auch das Essen waren spitzenklasse ....wir kommen gerne im Herbst wieder...Ganz liebe Grüße an all die lieben Mitarbeiter vom Riu Palace Meloneras.,..

Prachtig complex, heel vriendelijk personeel, top service, mooie kamers, heel grote tuin met 4 zwembaden en met zicht op de oceaan. Elke dag buitengewoon lekker eten in de buiten restaurants. Schitterend verlof.

Lo hemos pasado muy bien mi marido y yo.El Riu Palace Meloneras esta ideal para relajar y descansar,también un poco de diversión viene bien y la tuvimos en la fiesta de los Viernes en el Riu Gran Canaria que esta a un minuto a pie,nos dieron en recepción una pulsera para entrar y nos encantó la fiesta con bebidas incluidas.Genial
