We had a wonderful staycation at Beechfield last week and I can’t recommend it highly enough. We stayed for one night in the two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and very accessible. It had its own kitchen, a lovely bathroom, a private courtyard garden and a spacious living room. We parked our car right outside the apartment . It’s such a great space for families, you have chill out space together as a family and your own bedrooms to ensure you each have your space. The heated outdoor pool was absolutely beautiful, set in such a peaceful and well-kept setting. We even enjoyed a little picnic on the grounds, which are immaculately maintained. The food was outstanding, our three-course dinner and breakfast the next morning were both a solid 10/10. Everything about the venue feels special, from the property itself to the attention to detail. My daughter loved it so much she’s already asked us to book again!

Faded glory and no customer engagement. We booked this hotel to mark our 30th Anniversay, we had our reception here for our wedding. We were unhappy with several aspects of our stay, predominantly the quality of the upkeep of our room, and tried to communicate with the hotel, giving them almost 10 days to respond to our comments, it not even an acknowledgement, which seems to demonstrate their apparent lack of customer care or an interest in taking onboard comments or pointers for improvement. They claim to be a unique and luxurious hotel, but this was sadly not experienced by us on this occasion, both in standard of finish and certainly with regards to customer experience. There were some good points. The bed and bedding were of great quality and the breakfast was really good. Really disappointed overall sadly and would certainly not recommend a stay here.

I can’t rate the hotel as I’ve not stayed here but I did book my wedding here… after being promised all sorts initially - the hotel changed hands and we were told they could not accommodate the wedding we wanted. We loved the hotel and the grounds so we were very disappointed. My issue is this occurred in May and I am still waiting to receive my deposit back. I keep getting told it has been done only to find a week later I’ve still not received it. This is a disgusting way to treat people who you have already let down. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but my hand has been forced through the lack of communication and empty promises… please just return my money and I will move on!

This was our second visit in two weeks. We were initially attracted to it because of the outdoor heated pool which did not dissapoint. The staff were helpful, courteous, polite, professional. The rooms immaculate - very relaxing. We had food on the second visit - dinner was perfect, breakfast, likewise. They seem to get everything right here. Good value for money. We look forward to visiting again - very, very soon.

Beechfield House is a quintessential English hotel set in lovely grounds with extensive lawns and mature parkland trees. The hotel was a beautiful stone mansion with converted stable block. Our bedroom was cosy and comfortable and the staff were warm and very helpful. The outdoor heated swimming pool in a walled courtyard provided a pleasant place to bath and relax with a glass of wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!

For the attention of Michael Britz Restaurant, Events and Meetings Manager Dear Michael Sorry for writing a review earlier but some of our guests' prolonged the event by continuing the celebration for the next two days!!! Following our Anniversary Lunch on the 21st.August. I cannot manage a 'short' review as there is so much to say! Where do I begin - Firstly, thank you so much for making our 60th Wedding Anniversary Lunch such a memorable occasion for us. Your generosity exceeded our expectations. The gardens as we arrived had undertaken a transformation, looking cared for in the sunshine and enjoyed by many of the more able bodied among us! Being greeted by your welcoming staff in The Orangery with a cool Summer Punch put everyone at ease. Moving to the tastefully refurbished Garden Room for lunch was a perfect setting - the tables were beautifully 'dressed' - thank you for distributing the flowers on each table and popping a candle into the 'diamond' holder ! Smiling, efficient and unobtrusive Staff looked after everyone so discreetly. Our compliments and praise to your Chefs who produced such amazing meals for everyone. Endless praise was given by our Guests' for the delicious and beautifully presented choices - and I personally was 'wowed' by my fish and chips which were a real treat for me, for this I truly thank you. ' Your management of the day and attention to detail meant it all went like clockwork. We appreciate your thoughtfulness in making our day so special and hope that our 'speeches' and timing did not interfere with your schedules. It was a clear indication of all that the new Rosette Boutique Hotel has to offer the discerning Visitor. We know that the future hospitality at Beechfield House Hotel will go from strength to strength. Finally, it was very remiss of us both thinking that the other one had provided a small thank you of our sincere appreciation to you and the staff before we left. We will rectify this in the coming days. We are already looking forward to our next visit and meeting with you, Nick and the Team again. With kind regards on behalf of Mike and myself

Wonderful, relaxed family lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. We weren't rushed and nothing was too much trouble, even taking family photos for us! Highly recommended! Thank you.

Today we came back from this hotel, The hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. Stylish, comfortable, and the bed was so dreamy and with helpful staff who always smiled. The outdoor heated pool was our highlight the breakfast was outstanding, the only downside was we never booked for longer, our daughter is in process of moving to the same area so we will be making this hotel our go 2 place, loved every second

Stayed here one night for work. What a lovely place. I had a beautifully decorated large room overlooking the pool and fields. I had dinner in the restaurant which was very good but sadly missed breakfast as I had to leave early for work! Staff were helpful and friendly. If I had to criticise one thing it would be that the room (top floor) was very warm but it was a hot day. There was however a fan in the room which i used and also a small fridge containing bottled water. Very relaxing stay here and I would stay again.
