Piacevole sorpresa , se presa con lo spirito giusto .. Colazione buona , abbondante, personale molto gentile. Siamo rimasti molto contenti, preziose indicazioni per le escursioni , posto auto adiacente alla struttura.. la posizione della struttura è ottima.

Hotel datato, bagni stretti e non proprio puliti come le stanze. Colazione poverissima, senza possibilità di scelta e non provvista di latte senza lattosio. Infine il pagamento lo preferisco in contanti! Assolutamente non consigliato

muro rotto,odore di funghi avariati non appena si entra all’interno della camera,personale scortese,la chiave si blocca nella serratura e neanche il personale riesce ad aprirla,dopo molti tentativi si apre. Inoltre all’interno della doccia ho trovato uno slip usato.

Abbiamo alloggiato con la formula della mezza pensione in 47 + 2 (autisti del pullman) persone, tutti soci del CAI di Fermo (FM) nell'Hotel Due Pini di Melfi dal 25 Aprile 2024 al 28/04/2024 perché è anche un posta tappa del Sentiero Italia; in tutta sincerità posso dire che abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento ottimo, sia per quanto riguarda le camere che soprattutto per il cibo che ci hanno servito, tutto cibo locale ottimo ed abbondante. Una menzione particolare ai "ragazzi", gentili e cordiali che ci hanno sopportato e supportato pazientemente in tutte le richieste che avanzavamo. Ritorneremo sicuramente anche perchè i posti che abbiamo potuto visitare sono meravigliosi così come le persone.

hotel scadente. Sporco, bagno con un odore poco gradevole. Addirittura sotto a un cuscino è stata ritrovata una svapo, personale scortese, mentre sistemi le valigie vengono ad urlare sul piano. Cena scadente, bicchiere sporco incrostato, pasta praticamente surgelata e il cameriere molto scortese, alla richiesta di una forchetta risponde di calmarsi e non porta nemmeno la forchetta. Coca cola calda. Colazione con cornetto surgelato, con come nutella il “nocciolino”. Inoltre la porta del bagno si poteva aprire facilmente da fuori.
