Ctrip did not inform us of this situation in advance, which was really disappointing! The hotel door was closed (until 7pm), and I called the hotel staff according to the phone number on the door. It took several minutes to find the room. The facilities inside were simple and the heating was not very hot. The breakfast was very simple.

As I arrived very late, I got the worst room in the hotel. I was exhausted with very painful legs, but I had to walk at the far extreme of the building up and down several stairs. It would have been a total nightmare without the help of the receptionist who carried my suitcase the all way from my car to my room.
Aren't there rules for hotels in order to host disabled people?
