The basin in the bathroom is too small. Water splashes to the ground when using it.
The staff/hotel not accommodating enough. I requested them to help me keep my big luggage for 2 nites and was refused.

I stayed alone and booked a single room. It was small but fully equipped. The wash basin was indeed very small. The water pressure in the hotel was very strong, so you had to be careful when turning on and off the faucet. The shower room was very small, so tall guests might feel a little crowded. The small box of milk in the refrigerator was given by the hotel. According to some reviews, some guests thought it was left by previous guests.
The hotel is in a great location, right next to Southern Cross Station, very close. There is a 711 within a few steps, and there are many restaurants nearby that are open until late. It should be noted that Australian hotels check out early in the morning.

Booked two rooms, the second one is obviously not as good as the first one, the bathroom is small, next to the main road and tramway, there is noise during the day, overall it is ok

The triple bed is OK. The toilet is small. The transportation is convenient. The key is to sign up for a one-day tour of the Little Penguin Train. The pick-up point is downstairs. This is more convenient
