As an apartment in the CBD area, it is still OK. The cleaner is not careful enough, the tin foil of the oven is not taken care of, and the used ones are not replaced actively.

Repeat stay. Check in was easy. Front desk staff were helpful. Especially Nick who was very friendly. Amenities were basic. No bottled drinks. Room spacious. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is adequate. Surrounded with lots of eateries. Supermarket Coles was just nearby. Stroll to tram stops. Convenient to go everywhere. Will stay again.

The service staff is very good. There is also a Thai staff (named Nick, very handsome and kind). You can ask for advice on places to eat and visit with him. The hotel is in a very good location. There are many restaurants and cafes. It is near the train station. You can take the tram for free at the beginning of the line. If you come as a family, it is very convenient.
