The hotel is very new and located right in the heart of the city — an excellent location. Security is good, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The room is spacious and features a sustainable design, though no toothbrushes are provided. However, the management could use some improvement. We noticed that the body wash had run out but wasn’t refilled during our stay. Upon checkout, the staff called to say I had checked out a day early, which was confusing since I had already completed the checkout process. We had to return to the hotel to resolve the issue, which turned out to be a mix-up with another guest’s record

Really liked the customer service provided. I arrived early and an early check in was accommodated. The hotel is near malls and cafes, and trams, making it very accessible. The room was clean but could do with giving free toiletries instead of having to ask for one.

Dear all, Good day, The entire trip consider all good. I've booked for 4 nights but due to sudden changed of schedule, I'd requested to cancel the 4th night stay, 24 hours earlier. Unfortunately, hotel's staff informed that this request was too late. Trip.com and Holiday Inn should explain well on above matter.

Great experience starting from the check in and all the way till our departure. Big smiles and welcoming entrances. Maybe a small setback will be the closure of the back road to the hotel in the early afternoon.

The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, with a bustling commercial district right outside. Various light rail lines (Melbourne doesn't have a metro, it's all trams) pass by. The hotel is clean, the front desk service is acceptable, and the breakfast is decent. The only downside is that it's not a great option for several consecutive nights without changing hotels. The hotel is new, so the facilities are quite modern. The biggest problem is that hotel prices in Melbourne fluctuate daily, and the differences are huge; for example, weekend prices can be more than double Monday prices.

Facilities: The hotel opened this year, and the amenities are all brand new and comfortable. The lights are easily turned off, and the refrigerator and hairdryer are all new. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the public areas are spotless. Environment: Excellent location, absolutely in the city center. Service: Excellent service. This is a newly opened hotel, very affordable, and they also include breakfast, which is really worth checking out.

Facilities: Very new, the room was odorless, but the elevator and the first-floor hallway both had a strong odor. Cleanliness: A new hotel, impeccable cleanliness. Environment: The interior was very nice. The room window had no view, but it was very close to the building opposite, so I could clearly see across, so I kept the curtains closed the entire time. Service: Chinese service was available, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff were very welcoming. The honey was quite unique and made fresh 🥚.

The hotel is in a great location, right at the Elisabeth Street Station, where you can take the 96 and 86 free trams to downtown attractions. It was also newly built in 2025 and is very well decorated. Highly recommended, great! !

The hotel is new, stylish, and centrally located. It has everything you need for a great stay. The only things I missed were bottled water in the room, robes, and slippers. Otherwise, everything was great.

I'd like more variety for breakfast; I've been staying here for five days and the breakfasts are getting a bit tiresome.

The facilities are complete and excellent, the hotel is clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, comfortable and pleasant, and the service is very good. I am very satisfied, happy and delighted. This hotel is truly excellent, and I will definitely come again next time.
