Great location for theatres & all things in the city. Great customer service on check in. Neat & tidy room. Quiet room. Nice strong hot shower.

The hotel is in the city center and traveling is very convenient. Melbourne is a small city and you can reach this place by walking. The environmental sanitation is also good, friends said it is very good.

Because the facility does not have a new washing machine, dryer and oven, I gave it 4 stars, but other facilities are available. There was no service staff. No one was at the counter after 9 pm to 9 am, so I gave it 4 stars, but the staff was very friendly.
