The unit is beautiful, the decor is beautiful but the service is just so-so. It's hard to deal with because there's no one in charge. They ask for a lot of deposit. RM200 deposit. Before this, I stayed at Casa Bonita, the deposit was only RM50. When I checked in, there was dirt on their sheets, I didn't care because it was on the edge of the mattress. But they checked and wanted to raise an issue so they could deduct the deposit. Please guys, just find another room. The nagging is out of place. Why didn't the cleaner really check when setting up the room for the new tenant? If you want to stay, you all snap all the problems. Later they will claim our money.
