The accommodation features spacious rooms with excellent views and comfortable beds. Guests praise the friendly staff, convenient location, and diverse breakfast buffet. Well-maintained facilities include swimming pools.

I promised to the front office for a “good” review to be shared: 1. Front office should ask the client whether to be arrange the rooms near to each other instead of straight away made the room keys supposed family will be stayed closer, please observes your guests 2. Should check every corners for any dusts especially at bedside and the glass table 3. Please provide check the towels cleanliness as it looks dirty even those it’s white, and please use fragrance softener 4. Please check your amenities such like bath gel availability before checking in your guests, it will be frustrating if someone in the midst of shower 5. Room service should understand basic English and make sure they replaced the shower gel and it’s not hair shampoo after talked to the guest 6. Front office should provide an extra card for power saving instead of existing room key cards 7. The breakfast can be better, should have more continental instead of local, remember you are Marriott brands 8. The gym and fitness is under utilized, get a child play room will be better 9. Too much of space at pool side, should have some F&B which will be better and good money for you 10. Please change your room toilet basin, it’s splashing everywhere! This is ridiculous. And the pros of the stay: 1. New building and facilities (2023) 2. No queue needed during weekend for the breakfast buffet and fast replenish 3. Good parking system, number plate recognition system installed, doesn’t need manual complimentary parking process, just drive in and out as you wish during your stay 4. Lift is fast Overall: 6/10
