We booked deluxe cottage fantastic stay location awesome weather double awesome food yammeeee.

We booked heritage resort a week in advance before our stay. We paid a hefty premium for the price. We therefore expected the stay experience to be at par. It fell short. The resort is pretty. It’s far from the city but the location is good for lazy weekends. The rooms in the cottages are well done. Washrooms are well maintained. They could do better with managing good ventilation in the washroom since the weather is always wet. The rooms doing have wifi that’s a major bummer. Food quality is good but the spread is very average. Staff is hospitable but the range of services is very limited. Don’t take the spa offerings; while they’re keen to provide services, turn staff needs to be trained much more & the ambience needs a major face lift. The trek they offer is amazing & and must try. It left us warm & happy. Gorgeous views if you visit in rains. It’s worth it if you’re paying less than 10k per night. Anything more than that & you’ll want better experience. Value for money is definitely not there.

The resort is very beautiful and the location invites us to live with nature. Food and house keeping and other services are excellent and prompt.

Had a beautiful experience on our two night stay at the resort. The road to the property is slightly difficult due to the narrow road hit hard by heavy rains, but once we reached the resort, the first reaction was it is all worth it. The security person welcomes you in and the front desk staff is very helpful. The jaggery concoction offered as welcome drink was lovely. We took the superior cottage which is very comfortable. The view for the sitout area is beautiful and could see clouds swaying around. We could also spot many beautiful birds. The infinity pool provides a surreal view of the valley. The restaurant is perfect for dinner dates. The best thing about the resort is its staff. Always happy to serve.

Stayed for a day. Amazing experience. Friendly staff. Loved the food. Property is very nice with amazing use from the restaurant and swimming pool. It’s well maintained even when it’s raining heavily. Overall enjoyed every bit of the stay. Good job to the entire team in going the extra mile to make sure everything is in place and we enjoyed the stay.

My stay at the heritage resort - madikeri, was an exquisite experience. Property is located about 12km from the city center, which is a totally worth ride. Cottages are spacious with all amenities, well lit pathways amid-st the true bliss of nature. This would be the best option to those looking for a calm and rejuvenating holiday. Their hospitality and services were amazing, food at their restaurant is a mix of local and diverse cuisine, the breakfast spread alone has great flavours and options. They do have both indoor and outdoor seating and the view point out there is amazing. The ayurvedic spa is definitely an experience one should not miss to ensure a stress free vacation. Great pool and in door sport activities available. Overall it proved to be a perfect weekend getaway for anyone.

Tucked in the hills this is a well managed property. The place is calming, serene and offers breathtaking panoramic views. Food is great (felt bit expensive. The cottages are clean and the staff is warm and very well natured. Will visit again.
