Excellent place to stay.

All their staff are polite and helpful. They give the extra mile to help the customer from overseas, specially to 懿媛 and 朵儿. Her team help to book and paid for the taxis . One thing I like about this hotel is the free night snack and laundry for thieir customers. May need to build a covered drop out point at thr carpark area ( side gate)

We are a big group of family with 10 persons and stay in Meizhou 3 nights. All of us are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. I'm not able to speak Chinese well, but the receptionist, the cleaner, the chef are taking care us whole heartedly. Hotel provided us free laundry service and late night congee/meals for FREE!! Will come back here again in the future!!

Add WeChat first and send them the invoice information. Then when you check in, the room is also very clean, tidy and bright, the bedding is very comfortable, go to the gym, the elliptical machine and treadmill are also very new, ask the auntie will also be very enthusiastic to guide where they are, there is also a self-service laundry service, if you need to print, you can also take your computer down and connect the printer to operate it yourself, which is very convenient for frequent business travelers. When you check out, the front desk will also print the invoice and ask if you need to bring water. The whole check-in process is very considerate and the service is also very good. Atour's breakfast is also very delicious. The pickled noodles are made with minced meat, soy milk, millet porridge, etc., and the taste is very good. I will stay at Atour again when I come to Meizhou on a business trip next week

The room was clean and new, and very quiet at night. It might be the off-season, so I was upgraded to a new room without any extra charge. There is a parking lot downstairs, and the view outside the window is also good. Good review.
