剛好2家人出行，3個房間，完美適配，客廳有茶具，可以沖茶聊天，停車方便也免費，衞生也還行，有2間房的床能直接曬到太陽，舒服，就是馬桶水箱沖水不是很好，這個硬件建議改，對了，還有洗衣機，就很住家裡一樣，哈哈。

位置在梅州客天下景區內，穿過客天下大酒店到景區差不多步行10分鐘。過年期間吃飯都集中在景區內，出了景區吃飯選擇比較少。房間户型很好，客廳的茶室很不錯，房間有電熱毯，睡覺很舒服，房東也比較友好。

枕套、被套好像沒換過，有用過的味道；被子還在用冬天厚的，蓋不住；邊上是村莊，半夜被好多衹狗吠吵醒，難以入睡。
