The hotel staff are very patient in their service. I asked for water twice during the night and they enthusiastically delivered it to me. Thank you.

The room is relatively large, has good lighting, and has good infrastructure facilities. The large banquet hall on the second floor and private rooms on the third floor are all suitable. There is a KTV business next to it that is quite popular. It does not interfere with the hotel and the transportation location is very convenient.

Before booking, I read the bad reviews saying that it was far inferior to the White Swan in Guangzhou, which made me a little nervous. After checking in, I felt it was okay. After all, Guangzhou's price is nearly 2,000 yuan a night, and this one is only 300 a night, so it's a cost-effective one. Overall, it's okay, the bedding is good, the river view is unbeatable, the location is excellent, and the city government is next to it. The breakfast variety is not too much, but it is exquisite. Pickled noodles, Sanjidi soup, fried dough sticks, soy milk, and yogurt are my favorites. Breakfast is until 10 o'clock, and the chef is still checking the food and replenishing it around 9:30. The most unsatisfactory thing is that the room can only be heated, and calling the front desk can't solve it. I almost fainted from the heat in the winter, and it was stuffy. Fortunately, I can open the window for ventilation.

We travelled in a group of 8 people and we came back here because some of us had stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though not all the staff at the reception are fluent in English, they will go out of their way to assist you through the use of Wechat or a translate app. I cannot reallly comment on the breakfast as I only had coffee … freshly grinded beans and drip which was good. Some rooms had the smell of cigarette and so it would be nice if the hotel could cater for non smoking rooms. Beds were comfortable, Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The aging of the hotel facilities is obvious, but the former luxury can be imagined. The front desk attendant No. 43 is warm and thoughtful, thumbs up 👍. The underground parking is a bit cramped, and you must pay attention to the height when opening the trunk of a large car. The hotel is surrounded by a strong atmosphere of life, suitable for self-driving travel

The villa hotel is clean and hygienic with European decoration style. I forgot to take pictures in the room. There are three floors in total. There are six rooms on the first and second floors. The only disadvantage is that people talking outside the room can be heard in the room. If you mind, you can book a room in the building. The hotel environment is very good. It is a big garden. You can swipe your card to enter the Hakka World scenic area when staying in the hotel. There are performances in the afternoon and bonfire parties in the evening. The night view of the light show is beautiful. There is also a non-legacy performance of iron flower making, which is very good and worth recommending. There are Chinese and Western restaurants for guests to choose from.

He learnt that we are foreigners of Hakka descendent & visited Meizhou for local cuisines, immediately recommended few restaurants & interesting places for us to explore. He helped us booked Di Di online, ordered food delivery to hotel before we departed to next city & even prepared disposable utensils for our meals in the high speed train, really appreciate his detailed observation & consideration! Sam extended his service beyond my expectation! LOVE the location, quiet & spacious room. People's Square is right across the street. Fresh air & greenery in the morning. When dark falls, the whole park turns into fun fair ground for kids, dancing field & karaoke place for the adults. Will return staying in this hotel without hesitation.

I chose this hotel during the National Day holiday. It is relatively cost-effective. The waiters are very warm and the service is thoughtful. The room is very clean and the location of the hotel is very close to the high speed. The environment is very good, I will choose it next time.

The room is very cultural and stylish. It is very pleasant to make tea in the room. There is also a tea room downstairs. The tea environment is also very quiet. The breakfast is also very rich. There is a free drink at the store.

The location is off the downtown area and a sort of resort, so it is not centralize and slightly inconvenient. There are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby if you need to buy anything. Rooms are clean but there were some insects around as it is located on a hill area. However, overseas credit card such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard cannot be used.
