1.原房間有之前租客留下的避孕套盒子2.派服務人員上樓處理，期間前台電話聯繫毫無歉意，一味撇清責任，上樓處理的服務人員態度不好，沒有道歉，直接撿走避孕套盒子3.換同等價格的房間後裝牙具的盒子裏有已拆封使用的牙刷，該服務人員毫無表示，再次直接拿走4.檢查完新換的房間以後問：你對我們還有沒有什麼意見？這是一位專業的服務人員該説的話嗎？5.經投訴到攜程客服後，才開始有效處理，才得到第一句抱歉。

酒店裝修很舊，屋裡黑色的，燈也不亮，最主要床上不知有什麼蟲子，給我咬的全是包。又疼又癢。😭蚊香液跟擺設似的，啥事不管。出了這麼多年的門，沒碰到這情況。
