根據網上的好評入住了這家酒店沒想到入住時房間和走廊有強烈的裝修異味和黴臭味即使開窗通風仍難以忍受
向前台反饋後，對方僅表示是新裝修的正常現象，檢測了甲醛沒超標，結界氣味導致整晚頭痛，喉嚨非常不舒服，眼睛流淚完全無法放鬆休息。建議酒店應重視客人健康，裝修後需充分通風除味，或明確提示“新裝修房”供客人選擇。此次體驗極差，不會再次入住。

房間乾淨衞生，交通便利，離水街、遠景樓、濕地公園都很近，離東坡水街、三蘇祠也近，打車差不多十分鐘左右能到。早餐也很豐富，味道也很好，工作人員早上約好時間直接送到房間裏，離開的時候工作人員還主動為我們打包了咖啡，服務熱情周到，住在這裡是一次非常好的體驗。
