The bedding was perfectly firm and soft, and I had a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area, and the toiletries were well-known and comfortable. The service was impeccable. The front desk check-in was quick and they even offered to upgrade my room. When I walked by the restaurant in the morning, the staff greeted me warmly. The breakfast was incredibly varied, with fresh hot dishes, snacks, and fruit, and I was completely satisfied. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in this city, and I've already recommended it to friends!

[Environment] This newly opened hotel has a distinctly Lingnan (Guangdong) style design with excellent attention to detail; it's close to the subway station and Chimelong, and there are three or four shopping malls nearby.

[Service] Very good. It would be even better if there were robot delivery services for takeout.

[Cleanliness] Being a new hotel, the environment is quite clean, but there's still a slight smell of renovation.

[Dining] *Breakfast: A wide variety of options, the taste is acceptable.

*Afternoon tea was provided, but coffee was lacking; this could be improved. The desserts were slightly disappointing, with a limited selection.

*Late-night snack was provided, mainly noodles; not bad, but not particularly delicious either.

*Welcome fruit was provided, which was fine.

*The minibar could have a wider selection of coffee and tea options.

Overall: Excellent value for money.

The location is superb, right in the city center! The hotel is seamlessly connected to the subway exit, offering direct access to shopping malls and convenience stores. It's surrounded by popular attractions like Huangxing Pedestrian Street and the Wuyi Square commercial district, providing both urban vibrancy and everyday convenience.

The facilities are new and modern: the entire room is equipped with a Xiaodu smart assistant for voice control, and beds feature deep-sleep mattresses. They even thoughtfully provide a refrigerated mini-fridge stocked with complimentary Coke.

The attention to service details is truly impressive. Our butler contacted us by phone in advance and provided continuous follow-up throughout our stay. Any requests were promptly and efficiently handled, making every stay a delightful and eagerly anticipated experience!

I chose Yazhi after visiting Changsha for David Tao's concert. Upon getting off the high-speed train, I unexpectedly went to a different branch, over 2 kilometers away. The lobby manager greeted me with a warm welcome drink upon arrival. Later, when I checked in, I realized I'd gone to the wrong branch, and without further ado, she immediately called a taxi back to the hotel. She also made arrangements with the front desk staff, so upon arrival, someone immediately checked me in. The hotel's location is incredible!!! I was only 10 minutes away after the concert! It's no exaggeration to say this was such a blessing considering it was raining heavily in Changsha that day!!! My only suggestion is that the room still has a slight decorating smell. Open the windows more often when there are no guests. I'll definitely choose Yazhi again next time!

This is great experience at this hotel, we had 2 separate bookings this time first 3 nights, second was 4nights. The room is lovely and cozy, I requested higher floor smoking room and they tried their best to arranged it. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Especially 九月 ( WeChat name)as butler, she helps me a lots. My husband and myself are both very happy to come back again and again. The housekeeping team is also so nice and polite. The wine and snack set is bonus for our room, we tried couple times, also very good. The location is so convenient, the tube is just outside 2 mins by walk, there is line 1 and line 4 both. All in all, we love our choice.

We had a great time while in Xi’an! The staff was very friendly, the hotel room was clean and reflected the photos well. The location is breathtaking with a view on the ancient city wall! We recommend using the address in the navigation app as the hotel name in certain apps would pop at a different address, yet overall finding the place was not difficult. The activities that are included in the stay were enjoyable and the stamp rubbing was really fun! Thank you to the staff and we look forward to staying here again when in Xi’an!

This hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Tang Mall and Tang Paradise, with rooms offering direct views of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. It's also very close to the Xi'an Film Studio, surrounded by plenty of dining options, making everything incredibly convenient. The hotel's ambiance is lovely, and a pleasant fragrance greets you right as you step into the lobby. Rooms are clean and spacious. Surprisingly, our street-facing room on the 9th floor was almost completely silent, with virtually no street noise audible. The staff are courteous and warm, showing great attention to detail. They provide numerous complimentary services, including in-room beverages. Upon check-out, we were delightfully surprised to receive a souvenir gift – an exquisite shadow puppet paper-cut. The bedding was very comfortable, and they thoughtfully provided two types of pillows to suit different preferences. The soundproofing was also excellent. We stayed for five consecutive nights, and both adults and children had an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable stay. Considering its price, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. It will certainly be our first choice for any future visits to Xi'an.
