Mandav heritage resort is a new resort about 2 km outside mandav on your way from indore. Very well made rooms with rustic finish, all amenities were nice, a big lawn to sit around and a pool, to cold to use in the winter but definitely summer it looks fun. Food is vegetarian. Breakfast was nice, tasty food but could have more fruit option. Went with bunch of friends, had 3 rooms.

In mandav heritage hotel, they mentioned "room with private jacuzzi" but unfortunately this is absolutely wrong, it's a simple pool with old, uncleaned and chilled water, they do not have warm or hot water facility in the same. In the name of room with private jacuzzi they are making fool to the people actually. We are extremely disappointed with such wrong information and actually they are taking extra money from their guest by providing such wrong information. Indirectly and unfortunately makemytrip is also a part of such wrong information becuase makemytrip did not cross checked such information and booking the room.

We did not stay in this hotel but we went for dinner at the restaurant in this resort. We checked at the reception & they took us around the property. It is an amzing property with nice gardens, wonderful layour, nice rooms & great food. The property is very well maintained & is relatively new. The food was excellent ! All that we ordered was great . However the soups could have been better. The rooms are very well furnished, bathrooms too were swanky & the toilatories looked great One of the better options for staying in Mandu

Sur le papier, tout comme en intégrant notre chambre en étage, de quoi faire rêver et espérer un séjour au calme et confortable. La vue est reposante face à des champs, la chambre est impeccable, spacieuse tout comme la salle de bains. Le personnel se démène. Mais: - 1 seule personne parle anglais - pas d'eau dans la douche pendant la journée puis un filet d'eau le soir venu - une party organisée autour de la piscine jusque 2H du matin avec une sono criarde, sans prévention aucune, sans tenir compte qu'ils ont des clients qui veulent juste dormir - des chambres qui au final communiquent entre elle (famille) et où l'on entend chaque discussion de son voisin, sans parler de la TV - une salle de restauration avec un éclairage proche de l'interrogatoire - pas un mot d'excuse à notre départ sans intervention de notre guide Bref, cet hôtel a tout pour devenir une référence dans la région, mais le but de l'hôtellerie est d'offrir un service de base incontournable (sommeil, hygiène, communication, restauration) et quand sa direction autorise des party le vendredi soir...il vaut mieux changer de métier ou alors changer le terme "heritage resort".

*first of all no hygiene was maintained in both the private pool & private jacuzzi, there was algae growing inside the pools !
*everywhere was excavated & construction work was going on in the premises, if your property is not ready then why you people open it for everyone to only suffer
*garden area & floors were so slippery that my brother even slipped & injured
*food was not good at all
they were not able to make such simple things like lassi, chaach and even cold coffee & they completely destroyed it !
*hot water not coming in bathrooms in all it was a very disappointing experience
