Meggen Hotels with Airport pickup service

Overall, the hotel seems to offer a pleasant stay with its clean and cosy atmosphere, spacious rooms, and stunning views. The standout positive is the extremely friendly and helpful staff as they peovide a full basket of toys to my child in the room, along with the restaurant's good food. However, a notable downside is the lack of AC as our stay coincided with an unexpected surge in high temperatures, which might require guests to rely on opening balcony windows for ventilation. Additionally, the proximity of the restaurant directly below the rooms could lead to noise issues from the voices inside the restaurant. Overall i would recommend it for a couples, golf players and to whom seeking a retreat from city crowds. Remarkably, it's just an 8-minute drive to the Chapel Bridge at the heart of Luzern.

The room shown in pictures didn’t match what was offered on site. Very misleading. Took an hour of to and fro to be allocated a different room. The travel voucher never arrived by email, spent $$ on travel first day (shouldn’t have to) and got a travel voucher later after escalating to customer service. Breakfast was fine. It’s a nice property but a few niggles as above. Must show correct pictures for rooms on advert.
