The location and environment are all good. I didn't try the food. The turndown service was a bit mediocre. A little boy didn't have any containers in his hand and pinched two pieces of chocolate and handed them to me. I didn't quite understand it.

Excellent location. The top hotel in Lucerne. The hotel is right by the lake. The scenery is picturesque. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. The service attitude is very good. The room area is not big enough. The room facilities are luxurious. The decoration details are worthy of praise. It is worthy of being a well-known hotel brand.

The hotel is in a great location, right by Lake Lucerne. They upgraded us to a lake view room for free and added an extra bed for free, prepared snacks and champagne🍾. So thoughtful, I will stay here again next time.
There are not many breakfast options, but you can dine by the lake

The room is very new and the gym is also very good. However, there are so many flies in Switzerland that I dare not open the window. As soon as I open the window, a few flies will fly in. The lake view room can only be viewed through the glass.
