Everything about this hotel was perfect for us.
Our room overlooked the lake so it was great to sit at the window looking out. Mini bar fridge, plenty of hanging space, spacious shower room…
Breakfast was good and you could eat in the breakfast room or restaurant - both nice rooms.
We found it hard to leave this excellent place .

Got a deal for room, but it was facing inwards and behind the kitchen exhaust so you have the chimney oil smell coming in all the time. So kept window closed.
It was the hottest summer yet, so room was like an oven with window closed ( people talking, smoking , noise and cooking oil), triggered my allergy due to the heat.
Small table fan.
All in all, a wonderful stay minus the weather.

Location location location! This is the best possible location to stay in Meersburg. The lake view is fantastic. We stayed in a junior sweet the room was very spacious and had a lovely view of lake from balcony. Many restaurants are close by on the Seepromonade and very convenient to walk around to Meersburg Castle or Vineyard.
Breakfast has a good spread of cold cuts and cheese with some eggs and variety of breads.

Es gibt nur eine Speise Karte , eine Getränke Karte fand ich nicht. in der Speisekarte sind ebenfalls keine Getränke erhalten . Also bestellte ich ein kleines Tafelwasser , bekommen habe ich ein Gerolsteiner 0,25 l. Man teilte mir nicht mit ,dass es kein Tafel Wasser gibt. Dann hätte ich mir gern was anderes bestellt. Gegessen habe ich Käse Knöpfe mit Beilagen Salat. Auf dem Salat waren Sprossen die sichtbar alt waren , braune dunkle, flecken und das eigentliche Grün hell gelb. In diesem Stadium sollte man Sprossen entsorgen ,weil da meistens bereits schon Pilze sind die sich entwickelt haben und grad bei Sprossen gesundheitsschädlich ist. Die service Mitarbeiterin hat gesehen das ich all diese Sprossen rausgesammelt habe und fragte nach ob alles in Ordnung sei. Was ich verneinte.sie wollte mir einen andern Salat bringen was ich ablehnte. Geschmack war in Ordnung von den Käsknöpfle , Portion war auch ok. Hier wäre es vorteilhaft die Frische mancher Lebensmittel mehr in Augenschein zu nehmen und alte Gesundheit bedenkliche Lebensmittel entsorgen.Ich bekam einen Espresso als Sprossen Ersatz. Das Karamell Gebäck was man dazu bekommt war, auch alt. In der Regel sind die knusprig der war sehr aufgeweicht .

Waterfront Beauty
What a top notch hotel!! The front desk attendant was so lovely. We had a corner room overlooking Lake Constance :) It was beautiful:) Meersburg wasn’t originally on our itinerary, but WOW … it was spectacular. We toured the castle, walked around town, had a delicious dinner and breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed an amazing gelato dessert!!

We had 2 nights in a superior room with a lake view. Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, fridge/mini bar, nice shower.. All so clean. The views of the lake - we couldn’t get enough of sitting looking out the window or looking from the bed, watching the boats go past. An idyllic setting for a hotel. Breakfast was fine. Everything laid out nice. The staff are friendly and efficient We could’ve stayed a lot longer. It’s the best part of our holiday so far.
