Hotel Sirio, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

The bathroom floor was not only dirty but also full of hair and pieces of toilet paper on the floor, the room heating system was very noisy.

The hotel is about 20 kilometers away from Bergamo Airport, and it takes less than half an hour to drive there, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This time I came here for a transfer the next day. The facilities in the room are also quite satisfactory, and there is no problem to spend the night. It is a pity that the water tank of the toilet in the room is broken, and the water in it keeps flowing and making noise, which seriously affects the rest! I didn't pay attention to it when I checked in, and I found the problem when I fell asleep late at night. The day after tomorrow, I asked the front desk contact person to come and deal with it through Ctrip customer service, but there was no way to solve it for a while. It can be regarded as a sleepless night... In addition, there are very few varieties of breakfast, which can barely fill your stomach.

It's very close to the feeling of a US MOTEL, but it's completely enclosed with a gate. Parking is convenient. The front desk service is very good and helpful. There are also many places to eat nearby.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Sirio e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, con un letto comodo. Avevamo richiesto un doppio cuscino e ci è stato prontamente portato, segno di un servizio attento. Un ringraziamento speciale a Elisabetta, alla reception: gentilissima, accogliente e disponibile. Abbiamo anche usufruito di un’ottima offerta tramite Booking, spendendo una cifra davvero contenuta per la qualità del soggiorno. È un hotel perfetto come tappa di transito.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 2 notti,mi è stata assegnata camera 174. Ragnatele e polvere sopra l'armadio e rivestimento parete del letto,bagno senza bidet con infiltrazioni di acqua sul box doccia ,il dispenser del sapone staccato e poggiato sul mobile lavabo. Il bagno siccome cieco è dotato di aspiratore ma non funziona.
